SITE MAP

This hand-drawn site plan shows our parking area, 24 cabins, picnic table area (center space), and bathhouse. Inspired by the “village and wild lands” model of Monhegan Island, we’ve concentrated development within a small portion of the property, and within that, concentrated parking in just one area so your cabin experience is car-free. Of 166 acres, just two are lightly developed—much of which will be re-vegetated.

BATHHOUSE / SAUNA

Our bathhouse is constructed almost entirely of cedar for its natural aromatic qualities, and rot + insect resistance. The building features three full bathrooms, a breezeway for waiting, and a sauna w/changing room. Sauna open hours are 6-9, and private 50-minute private blocks are available for signup onsite.
